1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ch4444.app, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any service provided by ch4444 (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of ch4444 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

ch4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

ch4444 is strictly an 18+ platform. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of ch4444 services:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, institution, or third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on ch4444 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ch4444 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of any of the foregoing persons employed by or associated with ch4444 or its software and game providers.

2.1 Age Verification

ch4444 enforces age verification at the point of registration by requiring a valid date of birth and a Bangladeshi mobile number. ch4444 further reserves the right to request National Identity Card (NID) verification, passport, or other government-issued identification documents at any time to confirm a player's age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the period specified in the verification request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on ch4444. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or through use of a VPN or proxy — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full functionality of ch4444 — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. ch4444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming best practices and internal fraud-prevention standards.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide at minimum: a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 KYC Document Requirements

ch4444 may at its sole discretion request any or all of the following documents to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Passport (photo page)
• Driver's licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) used for deposits

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and must be legible, unaltered, and in colour. ch4444 reserves the right to request original documents or notarised copies at its discretion. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ch4444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in your account security settings. You must notify ch4444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ch4444 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ch4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ch4444 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign-currency deposits.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on ch4444 for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method limits as published on the Platform:

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ch4444 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ch4444, although individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ch4444 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. ch4444 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x playthrough) before a withdrawal can be requested — this requirement applies to the principal deposit amount and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements described in Section 5.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 2 to 4 business hours for bank transfer methods. ch4444 does not guarantee processing times, as delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or payment provider maintenance windows.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ch4444 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ch4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining account balance if less than ৳100) may be applied to dormant accounts after this period. ch4444 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before applying dormancy fees.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

ch4444 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for ch4444 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ch4444 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit bonus terms
• Placing bets that are statistically designed to exploit bonus wagering terms (e.g., low-risk matched betting patterns using bonus funds)
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.

5.4 ch4444 Rewards Programme

The ch4444 Rewards loyalty programme credits points on every qualifying wager placed on the Platform, covering both sports betting and casino games. Rewards points accumulate in tiers and can be converted to bonus funds, free spins, or cashback at the rates published on the Rewards page. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. ch4444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards programme with reasonable advance notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ch4444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or betting market, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ch4444.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once you have received a confirmation message or notification from the Platform acknowledging the bet. ch4444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, or bets that exceed the Platform's maximum liability for a given market.

6.2 Erroneous Odds & Manifest Errors

In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect prices resulting from data feed errors, system faults, or human input errors — ch4444 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and to refund the original stake to the player's account. ch4444's decision regarding manifest errors is final.

6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, the following specific conditions apply:

• All cricket bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or voided by the organiser, ch4444 will settle bets in accordance with its published cricket betting rules.
• Live in-play betting markets are updated in real time. ch4444 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during an event.

6.4 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on ch4444 operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published on the individual game information page. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

6.5 Dragon Fortune & Crash Games

Dragon Fortune and other crash-format games available on ch4444 use provably fair algorithms that can be independently verified by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to cash out at their chosen multiplier. ch4444 is not responsible for missed cash-out opportunities resulting from player error, internet connectivity issues, or device failure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ch4444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using ch4444 to launder funds of criminal origin, to process fraudulent transactions, or to engage in any form of financial crime.
• Match Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing bets with inside knowledge of a predetermined match outcome or participating in any scheme to corrupt the result of a sporting event.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your ch4444 account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of arbitrage betting or bonus exploitation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your ch4444 account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live casino formats.
• VPN and Proxy Use: Using a VPN, proxy, Tor network, or any other method to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent Platform restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Management Tools

All registered ch4444 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a player-defined session duration to prevent extended uninterrupted gambling sessions.
